• Costs for notary services, land registry (plot measurement), and transfer fees are borne by the seller;

• The future joint driveway from De Belderweg to plot Het Zeldam I will be surfaced with crushed stone by the seller. An easement will be established for the right of way and the installation, maintenance and use of utility lines.
